Scope of Work:

Supply and Installation of the following

1. GENT VIGILON Addressable Networked Fire Alarm System consisting of

• 387 addressable devices including combined Voice /Strobe Sensors,
• 3 Main Networked Panels,
• 2 Repeater Panel.

2. TELEXPER IP-Network CCTV

• 15nos IP Dome Indoor Cameras,
• 11 IP Outdoor Cameras,
• 4 IP PTZ cameras
• 16-CH Network Video Recorder (NVR),
• 1 nos. 32-CH Network Video Recorder (NVR) with VMS.
• 1 Central Control  Station and 2 Client Monitoring stations;

3. PABX/INTERCOM SYSTEM

• PANASONIC KX TDE 100 with 4 CO trunk lines 60 Extensions hybrid IP Digital PABX equipment complete with CONSOLE, VOIP gateway card, including all accessories.
• 50 Unit Panasonic Telephone Box-TS-50.

4. HYDRANT/HOSE REEL/DRY RISER SYSTEM consisting

• Hydrant, Hose Reel & Dry Riser System Schedule 40 Black Steel Pipe work
• 30nos SRI landing Valves
• 3nos. SRI Breeching Inlet; 1per block
• 30nos SRI Hose Reel assembled in Cabinet)
• 3 Pillar Hydrant Point
• Lowara Vertical Package Fire Pump Set.
